Hi!

So who am I?

Born an Essex boy, I’ve lived in Newcastle,  Northumberland and now Hartlepool for so long now I guess I must be a naturalised Northerner by now, even if I don’t always speak like one.

I was fortunate enough to start getting paid for the photography I loved to do nearly 20 years ago. Since then I’ve covered hundreds of weddings, many boudoir shoots and various other photography assignments. I limit myself to around 25 weddings per year and still so enjoy the privilege of being part of the buzz and joy for so many gorgeous couples. It still fills me with excitement to work on the photos we’ve captured together. So much so that it becomes a bit of an obsession for me - probably why I get your finished photos back to you within a week of your wedding!

And if you’re wondering why there’s a spaniel crept onto this page, meet Polly! She’s a crazy, gorgeous, working cocker spaniel who, along with my wife, Gill, keeps my supplied with daily walks, beaches and cafes. She also drags me away from my slightly unusual hobby of restoring vintage pinball machines. I love to travel, always have at least one holiday booked, and have been lucky enough to visit lots of amazing parts of the world - I also love to swap stories and be inspired to make future trips so make sure to tell me where you’ve been too!

I’m also super punctual and reliable - if you book me, I will be there when I say I will and I will be unflappable regardless of any situation which may arise.
